Hair Compliments !!!

Good morning to all-

    Compliments, they can turn a frown upside down, or put a pep in our step. I wanted to share with you a little experience I had. I took my daughter to the doctor two weeks ago for the flu. The nurse (who appeared to be white), had very curly hair. As she was finishing up, and just about to walk out the door my daughter yelled out quickly "I like your hair". I thought it was so very cute. I felt like I was doing something right, because my little one can appreciate curly/kinky hair. She also compliments me on my hair, and tells me I'm beautiful a lot. I'm sure a day will come when she's begging to look like the girls at school or on T.V., but for now we are loving our frizzy, curly, and kinky hair!
