First... I am not a first time customer of Brya’s. I am pretty sure all of my readers know that by now! : ) I am a loyal customer and I don’t know what I would do without Diane! I have purchased bath salts, soaps, and gift baskets (birthday gift baskets & an absolutely adorable baby clothing sundae).You can’t beat Diane's products!! Outstanding quality but the bath and body products is not why I am doing a product review for Brya’s Specialty Gift Baskets - (http://www.bryasspecialtygiftbaskets.com).
The reason I am doing a review for Diane is because of the way she treated me when my husband and I lost one of our favorite Uncles! Our Uncle was a family man... loving..... kind...... loved every second of the time he could steal with his children and family. He passed away and his wife, his children, and we were crushed!!
I told Diane that I needed her to create a custom sympathy gift basket for our Aunt with all of her favorite items..... and that is exactly what she did. She went above and beyond though... because she was so kind and took time out of her busy day to console me while I was so upset! I have never had a company do that before. She really gives of herself to her customers.... and that is truly unique and rare!
My Aunt is a tea lover and she loves honey and chocolates... so that’s what Diane placed in the basket... a big array of all of the things she loves. What amazed me... is that Diane suggested a journal to write her feelings into... to help her cope with the loss of the man she loved deeply and was married to for over 50 years.
When my Aunt received her specialty gift basket... she called me... I could hear her voice quiver on the verge of tears... and she told me how much she loved the basket... how perfectly it was packed... how she was having a hard time picking out which tea and honey to try first... and that the chocolates were already open and tasted! She especially noted how much she appreciated the journal. She told me that she planned to write about their love and life together...
Diane, owner of Brya’s Specialty Gift Basket helped me give my Aunt a little bit of solace.... A little bit of comfort at such a horrible moment in her life. Diane’s gift basket that she took the time to create..... helped me touch my Aunt’s life.... my Aunt's heart!
Thank you Diane...... for going above and beyond for your customer.... and for helping me comfort my dear Aunt!
