WARNING - I WAS RIPPED OFF! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ANGELA SPERRY-WENKE'S GRAPHIC COMPANIES! ANGIE SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY!

On Nov 26, 2010... I ordered a 9 CD set of graphics ($65.99) from Angela Sperry-Wenke, owner of Resale Clipart (http://resaleclipart.com)!

It is now March 14, 2011 (4 months from the time of purchase!) & I STILL have not received the 9 CD set of graphics I purchased from Angie!

I have contacted them repeatedly asking them to please provide me the product I purchased... they have promised on several occasions that they would mail the 9 CD set of graphics to me yet... I still have not received what I purchased! It's like she doesn't care that I didn't get what I paid for... like she doesn't care about her reputation! I mean... what kind of business doesn't care about their reputation? I just don't get some people sometimes!

It's so hurtful... disrespectful.... frustrating... disheartening.... and upsetting to be taken advantage of like that! To be SCAMMED out of my hard earned money! I can get graphics anywhere... IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF THE WHOLE THING!

Obviously, I will never buy from them again and I don't suggest anyone else buy from them either. I have alot of designer friends who use them for graphics... well not anymore... many of them told me that they are going to stay as far from Angie as they can get!

I called PayPal and opened a dispute on Angie so hopefully that will allow me to see some kind of resolution to this scam she ran on me! We will see what they have to say...

GOOD NEWS! After 4 months... I finally received the 9 CD set of graphics. Actually I received an 11 CD set of graphics. She also offered me a $65 coupon for graphics good for a year as well. I am so glad to finally get the set of graphics finally... but it's still sad that I had to go through all of this in order to get what I paid for over 4 months ago. At least I got the CD set though... plus 2 extra CDs and a coupon. I don't think I will ever purchase from her again out of fear that she won't provide what I pay for.... but at least a resolution was reached. Thank you Angie... for finally delivering...

It’s been over a month since you promised to send the 9 CD set of graphics to me (2 months since I purchased them)... and I still haven’t received them! I have tried contacting you through facebook and email and you have not responded to me since you told me that you would mail them. I understand you are going through a divorce and relocating and even taking another child on... and I have been very patient while waiting for the 9 CD set I purchased from you.... but I can’t wait any longer! I am becoming very disheartened! I paid $65.99 of my hard earned money on the 9 CD set of graphics! It seems odd that you said you would mail the cd set to me a second time yet neither set got to me? My shipping information is correct...... so there is no reason.... I am extremely upset Angie. There were other orders for graphics that I didn’t get everything I was supposed to get as well.... which I asked for... but you didn’t respond to those emails either.

Just so you know..... your name came highly recommended by one of my best friends.... who is also a web designer/developer. I trusted you as a business woman to provide everything your customers purchased. I would appreciate it if you would provide me the 9 CD set that I purchased on 11/26/2010 as soon as possible.... Also..... I am asked all the time if I know of a good graphic artist....... and I had told several people about you..... but if I don’t get the 9 CD set that I purchased... I will be telling them something other than recommendation about you. Word of mouth is the strongest form of advertising... and negative lasts longer than positive. I don’t want it to get to that point..... but I will if necessary! Thank you.......
